Brendan is the founder of Blue Anchor Legal and a corporate attorney who advises growing businesses. After representing Forbes 50 companies, public corporations, and private enterprises, and facilitating major mergers and acquisitions, he founded the firm to bring high-level corporate legal expertise to small and mid-sized companies. He serves as outside counsel to businesses navigating disputes, or that need experienced legal guidance but are not yet ready for full-time in-house lawyers. Outside of the office, Brendan enjoys trying new coffee shops, golfing, and cheering on Rhode Island Football Club.
